Susan has been in the corporate learning environment for more than 20 years. In addition to a corporate background she was a Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) certified instructor in the United States Army, for the Department of Defense (DOD), International mining and telecommunications

Additionally, she facilitates workshops for managers and employees. All her positions have been fast-paced, challenging and broad in scope requiring strategic planning, technical acumen, software deployment and managerial experience. 

She has the drive, energy, vision, leadership and implementation skills to make an immediate and positive impact upon training and development.

She completed her BA at Pacific Lutheran University with a degree in International Relations and political science. Followed by a diploma  in Adult Education at the University of Victoria, BC, Canada.
